Returns Policy

You are entitled to a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at merch@builtbytophat.com with your order number
2. Get the garment to us. There are two options for this. See below.

I’m a Pittsburgh local and I’d like to drop this off.

2. If you’re looking at the storefront, look for the white mailbox to the right, next to a door.
3. Please drop the garment in the white mailbox with “223” on it.

I’d like to mail this to you.

2. Alert us of the shipping cost, and please share the tracking number: merch@builtbytophat.com
3. When the garment is received, we’ll process the exchange and refund you the cost of shipping.
